Didn't think about that. I'll see if any other Camaros have been built since Friday if I can.

I don't know of any specific classes affected, but some race orgs have classification rules based on minimum production; one of the common break points is 500 cars.

If there is some class they are aiming at with a 500 break, they will probably keep running 2014's no matter how long it takes, or they will have to wait until 500 '15's are built and run that.

They are trying to set up racing class for the Z28 but there not there at this time more work to do.

As for the 500 cars there was a lot of CTF cars built if i remember right its close to 60.

lets see 440 + 60 cars comes out to 500.

what would be the vin numbers for the CTF cars?

did they get special vin's or are they scattered among the 440 numbers?

wouldn't the CTF cars already be built earlier in production to be out there for car shows, GM people to drive etc....makes me wonder what vin numbers they would have?

Yes the CTF cars were all built prior to the current cars.
First CTF was built Jan 15th and last one built Mar 20th.
First official Z/28 was built on Mar 24th.

CTF vin is different from the rest
