Just so everyone understands.....these tires are NOT for the faint of heart! As directly told to me by John at M&H, these tires (both front and rear) are NOT intended for regular street use. These are "Real" Drag Tires, and they will completely "suck" on wet roads. In fact, he said at interstate speeds if I got caught in the rain, these tires would be flat out dangerous. Also, you must be fully aware that they will wear down much-much quicker than any tire intended for daily use on the street. Yes, both the front and rear tires are D.O.T. certified, and yes, you can legally drive them on the street, but the overall intent was to get you to the drag strip and back home. John did tell me that it would be "acceptable" to use these for very-limited (DRY) usage around town, which for the most part, is my intent. As he put it, the ultimate goal "should" be to have these as a secondary set of wheels/tires that are used on track weekends or very infrequently for short trips around town, maybe like to a car show or cruise night! So please take all this into consideration (as I did) before just going out and buying serious drag radials for your daily driver vehicle. Again, mine is NOT a daily driver, and I am in no way advocating the use of these tires on the street!!! Thanks!!!

EDIT: Forgot to mention this too...with these front skinnies....your once great cornering capability is shot all to Hell!!! These are no joke "Straight-Line" tires!!! I'm going to have to learn to slow waaaaaaay down when taking a normal turn around town now. I may regret ever attempting this tire combination....Live and Learn I guess!!! Just want ya'll to be aware....

Wheels look great. Don't sweat the drag radials on the street thing, they are fine, been running them for years. Just avoid the rain

Blazzin1, is it just the camera angle on the second to last pic that makes the bead kind of look like it's not set all the way?
The inside looks good.

Look what the UPS guy brought me yesterday evening!!!! Hopefully, I'll get these installed today, but really won't know any specific results because I bought some Toe Rods too, and they won't be here until Monday or Tuesday. So, unfortunately my car is just going to stay up on jack with the wheels/tires off until I get the Toe Rods installed too. I'm getting excited to get my car back on the road already, especially with the 70 deg temps we're having!!!

Out of Hibernation!!!

Well, I finally made the time to get everything put back together last night. Never mind the under hood wiring, still working on that!!! Backed her out of the garage for the first time today since last November....Jeez it feels good to drive her again!!! I still need an alignment, so just a short trip up the road and back today. The new BMR Lower Control Arms are great. I had about 1/4" of clearance before, now I have a good 1/2" or more. They didn't make as much clearance as I was expecting, but as long as nothing hits or rubs, I'll be happy!!! Also installed new BMR Toe Rods too (thanks Kwik!!).

Hey Keith,

What Lug Nuts did you get with your Weld RTS Wheels? I need some for the track (Chrome) but don't really want locking lug nuts.. Any suggestions on what will work/look good?

Keith (also)
