4 years now stored every winter never used a battery tender. Live in Central New York. Still using same battery garage is not heated either.

Like stated above, tires are fine as long as you don't move them. My garage is insulated but unheated as well. I've never seen it below 30 degrees though. I just fill the tank, add Stabil, wash it, air the tires up to 38-40, put desiccant on rear floorboard (had my SS rear seat mildew once), lay a couple scented dryer sheets on floorboards (in case a mouse might get in somehow), throw a couple of dryer sheets under the hood, put a true float trickle charger on, steel wool up tail pipes (in case of rodents), and throw a cover on. I don't park on plastic, plywood or any of that and never had a speck of rust, even on the rotors. Never had a problem with tires flat spotting either. You'll see people drop a couple of hundred bucks on fancy wheel cradles and stuff like that. Better off spending that money on a mod. Most of all, just let it sit and don't start it. You'll get the urge about mid-February. I also drop insurance except for comprehensive. That's a couple of hundred over the winter that can be used for something else.

Just follow what this guy is telling you and you will have no problems.
