Choked when accelerating

Hello, today I was out and something weird was happening which is when I accelerate -Full stop or while moving- it doesn't give a proper response for like a second or two then it hit it all out, I narrowed the problem down to the AC because when I turn off the AC the car runs fine but not with the AC on.
On another note I've been noticing a click sound from the rear when I switch between reverse and drive, but today this click was happening while driving and making a full stop and driving again -traffic- Without changing the gears, any idea whats going on?
It's a 2013 v6 with automatic transmission, fully stock except the exhaust system.
