A fellow member off another forum had the dealership tow his car for a service checkup. Read below

Police reports have already taken place. Brazoria county DA has accepted the charges for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and burglary of a motor vehicle.

Wow man. That really sucks. I hope they get what they deserve and they owe you for the damage to your vehicle. I would claim every little piece of damage including the transmission was caused by them.

Just goes to show you how valuable dash cams are.

OP would've been SOL and the dealer would've scoffed at the idea at one of their angels taking out that car for a joyride.

Nothing new I guess. When we were teenagers (40 years ago) I had a friend that worked at a Porsche dealer. Him, not me. He'd pick me up for lunch at work and we'd see how many miles we could put on the car in one hour - at very high speeds. We tried to take Pete Rose's out one time but couldn't get it. Seemed pretty innocent then. Not now.

Big difference from teenagers and being an adult with kids. Also, an innocent joyride is driving and admiring... unlike these assholes who stole shit out of the car, made fun of the owners handicap, and tried to do burnouts in an AWD vehicle.
