Never owned a bike, but my son has had several, I can appreciate the freedom it must feel to ride one, but I can't see myself giving up the convenience of a car, that is why I have had several convertibles. While it may not give you all the freedom, the open air feeling of a convertible is still great, plus the convenience of having a good sized trunk, and a top to put up in a sudden rainstorm does have its advantages.

Most of the time, I would rather be "riding".
Quite a few of us have both. Sometimes it is hard to decide which one to take out.

I was seriously considering getting a motorcycle, but New Jersey just isn't the safest place for riders. Looking to put the money towards FI for my Camaro instead.

Car for sure.
I do have a bike that I have never ridden, though. Wife won't let me. She inherited it from her dad and it sits in the garage under a cover. It is a 1969 Triumph Trophy.

Sold my BMW 1200LT and wife's Honda Shadow to help pay for our adopted girls from Ethiopia few years ago. Miss it but won't get another because I don't want my girls to be orphans again. I'm totally happy with my Desiree.

I like bikes but am more of a car guy. Have put every throw away money into my camaro or project car. Plus I kind of had a negative feel with bikes since 2 of my family members died from bike crashes and one had a broken leg.

I am very blessed to have both and enjoy them very much. But on most nice days I will choose my Harley and think of my Camaro.
