LS3 AFM?

Does the LS3 have active fuel management?
Thanks

The L99 motor has DOD (displacement on demand) and AFM (active fuel management). The LS3 does have an intelligent computer that adapts to driving habits to create better fuel economy, without having any mechanical components to adjust it. This is why the fuse pull is recommended when ever hitting the track or fueling up, as it resets the computer's attempt to lower power for better economy.

Help an old brain get its facts straight. Aren't DOD and AFM two separate terms for the same computer/engine adjustment, and not two different computer/engine adjustments?
