Yes, you stumbled correct. That was it from quite a while back.

That is actually a model against a green screen that was later replaced by the Nelson Supercar garage... The real one is being driven somewhere in California by the Stig.

I'm gonna say 1583 flywheel, and 23 mpg... That seems insane just typing it.

I have spent almost an entire night watching NRE videos. I really enjoyed what they are doing. I wish I had the dough to pony up for one of his engine upgrades.

You're a lucky person to have a passion that can be fed. Keep up the good work, and I can't wait to see the final product. 0-60 in Zoooom!

The harder you work, the luckier you get. Speedster is one lucky guy.

Oh I work hard!! But my line of work can only take me so far. All good things happen for a reason, and right now good things have happened, otherwise I wouldn't be where I am, happy, but not stinking rich....yet....

Your car is nice as is - enjoy it! The SST isn't the first nor the last but the technology now is pretty spectacular. Even the Firebird is a wild car, but this is a notch above that in terms of cutting edge.

Thank You DE, but there are many others that help make me lucky.

That is a pretty radical number...

See above. You'll do just fine.

Just have to wait and see. It's killing me as much as you. I have a range in mind and hope to equal or beat it.

Originally I wanted this car to look 100% stock, idle stock, get 25 mpg and pump out 1000 hp, but at this stage it was decided to kick it up a notch. So you have now seen that heads were changed and upgraded for considerably higher flow capacity. Something about a motor making so much power should not idle like it's electric, so the decision was made to chuck the hydraulic roller LS7 cam and run a solid roller with a NASCAR valvetrain. So the heads are now topped with nascar springs and a full T&D shaft roller rocker setup. This setup has proven to be bulletproof and should last for 100,000 miles with no problem.

N- You are so logical you scare me sometimes. You don't miss a whole lot. I guess in your profession you keep track of the details.
And it was 1952 I guessed….. Radical? Absolutely!
