Question LS3 Idle Question

Ok so I've noticed the car has what feels like a lope(or a miss??) every once in a while in the motor at idle. Its almost like it has a momentary lapse, where it actually shakes the car a little.

RPMs dont seem to move much, and also car runs fine otherwise.

Only reason i bring this up is a TSB I've found that mentions an occasional hesitation or flutter.

Figured its worth checkin out

I love the way it shudders at idle. Reminds me of the old firebird I had in my late teens/early 20s.

It is the factory cam, all the LS3 cars do it. There was a huge discussion about it before and GM actually addressed it to reassure everyone it was normal.

Welcome to the world of LS pushrod motors people. It is normal. I have even had people say that my car sounds "cammed" after the header install even though it still has the L99 baby cam in it.
