I have to agree. There are no incentives for a Camaro.

I see no other reason to push the 2012 out that early, it wasn't like they had any changes or upgrades from the 2011 model. They may have added a color or two.
And back up sensors (imitating the Camaro)

From Ford's website

http://www.ford.com/cars/mustang/201...ode=&zip=90717

That is where I read it unless Ford got it wrong or they are lying......

Granted to get the full $3,000 you have to trade in a vehicle.

Anyway, it was said in the past month or so here that there was a supply problem with the Mustang, but it fell on deaf ears.

Take a look at the Chevy and Ford lots in your area and count the number of new Camaros and Mustangs available. I think it will be obvious who has a larger supply of cars sitting unsold.

So make up your minds, do you want Mustang owners visiting the site or not? Frankly, I couldn't care less if they posted or not but it seems like this site is schizopheric when it comes to those folks.

The rumoring on ChallengerTalk is that it will cease in 2013 or 2014. Dodge isn't likely to do much besides a few interior acroutements and fresh colors from here on out.

Many of people over there have been hoping for a manual V6, or a convertible. Does not look like that will pan out.

Camaro loses 5 month sales streak to Mustang

[quote] Posted by Amie Williams on July 3, 2011

So the number was just released for this past month of June regarding sales of the 2011 Mustang and it has swept out the rug from under the Camaro. From January to May, the Camaro was leading the pack with GM’s release of the Convertible Camaro. Last month’s sales totalled to only 6,607 Mustangs but that increased to 8,835 with the Camaro’s sales decreasing from May to June but is still in second place putting an end to their five month streak.

Hey, all those ecoweenies can drive their microcars.

Give me a Yankee/Canuck, rip roaring, V-8, 400+ hp, tire shredding, hot rod, pulse pounding, men-still-have-their-balls musclecar.

And suck on my exhaust, granola breath.

Ya I like them all myself, but after testing driving them, the Camaro sees the best of the pack.

Does anyone have the production numbers for paint? I think the Synergy Green Color is now at 0.

Last year 2010 Camaros were eligible for dealer installed options (stripes, axel back exhaust, tint, etc.). It’s not $3,000 back on Mustang but it might clear the lots raising sales. Sales still slow in St. Louis area. The market downturn and price of gold hitting $1,700 oz. may cause folks to tighten the purse strings.
I'm pleased to see the Mustang and Challenger on the street adding to all of the mayhem in the muscle car segment. Good to see Camaro can compete with Mustangs even with rebates involved.

Guys

I'm asking the same question as strammer. Are there production number breakdowns for paint, coup verses convertible, etc? Would GM ever publish these?
