Sorry for the late reply.

I have a shop get me close then do my own tweaks.

I can give you the name of my guy if you like. He had a guy From Glenwood drive down a couple weeks ago to do some clutch work and tuning...

That would be good, what's his going rate for a tune, and how close does he get it since you say you then tweak it a little? and thank you

Moving for good hopefully. Wife and I are from the western slope originally, and we've got family in Thornton and Brighton.

I would be working in Westminster, and my wife at the Promenade shops up I-25. We're checking out places to live, hopefully we can get a cheap apartment or small house to rent with a garage somewhere in between. Definitely appreciate any good leads if you got 'em

Brighton is BOOMING! I live in Brighton Crossings, and they are adding another phase to it... huge community.

The problem is there are more people looking to buy/rent than there are houses apartments to buy/rent. Prices are crazy.

Checkout zillow.com for housing prices in the 80601 area for Brighton.

Good luck!

Nice, Brighton crossing is on my list actually, how do you like it? Would traffic be a problem from there up I-25 or into Westminster?

We're in a shitty housing market in CT - we ended up buying just before the bottom fell out so I'm a little upside down. Buying likely won't be in my future until I can get this house sold unless I've still got enough VA eligibility and a solid tenant

From Brighton over to I-25, via E-470(toll) or 7 (Bridge St.) wouldn't be bad at all. I drive in to Lakewood everyday, ~38 miles each way... depending on traffic, it varies from 35 to 45 minutes via I-76 and I-70.

You mentioned the Promenade Shops... you mean up by Loveland? If so, you might want to look out by Firestone so the commute won't be so bad for her... just an option. They are also building out by I-25 off of 7... 7 and York St... lots of housing options there too.

I-25 is heavy in Thornton during rush hour and weekends, it starts to really break up once you get out of it by 128th/136th and further out.

Forgot to add... Been in BC since we moved here in 2007. The Yard Nazi's get old after a while, but other than that... it's OK. We have a nice community pool, which is pretty rare... a huge King Soopers (Krogers) within walking distance now. I wish they plowed the roads for snow in the hood, which I would gladly pay extra for. Trash is picked up once a week, no heavy trash pick up unless you call and pay extra for it... which sucks. The HOA fees are kinda high... $120 a quarter(?) IIRC.

Try having a hoa being 420 per month 120 a quarter I would give up having 3 bedrooms for that

And unfortunately I can't give any advice I live about 3 hours south and prices hear are ridiculous, but I wish you the best of luck finding a place and since I didn't mention it earlier nice ride

I am throwing together another 1/4-mile Bandimere strip private rental day for Fri, Sept 30. We'll have the track to ourselves from 9am-3pm, gates open at 8am. If you're interested, let me know and I'll provide you the details, cost, etc.

Last year was perfect. Like renting an amusement park for just yourself. No lines, beautiful weather, and we had 55 cars running. Would like to have at least 80 this year though, so we mostly have someone to run up against in the next lane. It's for the never before, first time racer to the seasoned racer, or someone needing qual runs.

How much for spectators, I have to much safety equipment for the car and for myself to buy to be able to run but I would like to try to make it up there to see some real bad cars and meet some cool people
