LLT V6 stock flowrates....simply sad!

Matt D.'s stock flowrate #'s....we should see worked heads in the next day or two as he's cutting the valve job later today, and he'll be looking at the t/b and intake manifold soon as they show up at his shop tonight, UPS brought them back to my house lastweek as I forgot to remove an old label on one side and it was to me...so those are a week behind schedule, my fault. But anyways, here's what the stock heads are doing

"Intake
.200 188
.300 255
.400 275
.450 281
.500 284

Exhaust
.200 135
.300 152
.400 160
.450 162
.500 164

flowed at 28" of h2o on a sf-600
After .500" lift they started to level out I still haven't decided what valve job cutter I want to use yet, I may use a little shallower seat angle but I may leave it a 45 degree seat." And don't forget these are port matched to the BBK long tubes that Phastek had as a pre-production set for testing.

Here's some of the V8 #'s he's pulled from the heads he's worked depending on the shortblock setup such as displacement and compression ratio....hope we can see similar flow rates, atleast up to .5-.6" as the stock cams only open up that far on the V6 heads. I wish I had some stock V8 SS flowrates to compare to instead.

Intake Exhaust
.200" 158 .200" 117
.300" 236 .300" 183
.400" 294 .400" 226
.500" 346 .500" 241
.600" 361 .600" 250
.700" 378 .700" 255

Intake Exhaust
.200" 162 .200" 118
.300" 249 .300" 180
.400" 306 .400" 222
.500" 339 .500" 239
.600" 355 .600" 246
.700" 363 .700" 251

I honestly can't figure out what those numbers mean But thanks for the work. Hopefully you guys come up with a better manifold to use.

Pretty simple really... flow rates in CFM at .2" ~.3"~.4" ~ ETC of lift at the valve.

NO, the Rev limiter is not set to 118MPH... and YES, driving in this manner does affect MPG...

Ok so I understand that part now. Can you tell me what units are the flow rates measured in?

I don't, but Matt might, not sure if he took shots of those or not, I'll ask. I did post up pics of the porting he did on the first head, just no valve job cut yet. These are all I have at the moment.

And all the wife knows for now is the headers back exhaust and cai... too scared to tell her about the rest, and she's not technical enough to know if I did this or not

Hmmmm... you gonna change out the guides? They look a little thin around the holes. They may crack and chip off like that!

Interesting that in photo 3 they didn't add more radius to that ledge on the bottom. Was the material too thin there to take more out?

And I'm not going any bigger on the valves, just a 5 angle face. So I'm not expecting SS flowrates, but definitely expecting improved over stock V6 flow rates!! Matt says the intake side will see minor improvements, he worked the runners a little, and a little on the bowls.....but on the exhaust side, he got plenty of material out of the way, and he's not simply a hogger....he understands how to improve velocity through shaping the runners right. I can't wait to see the final #'s.....these with the lt headers/high flow cats is going to equal some nice gains. The cai with any porting on the intake side is going to be icing on the cake.
