How come no cool downloads?? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

On GM's Camaro site why no cool downloads for say maybe wallpapers/ screensavers etc , I'm not bringing this up to be a jerk but Ford's 2010 mustang site has all these cool extras. As a GM guy I wish they would as well. Anyone in the know have any idea if these will be added?

I wish GM would do some more downloads, Icons, pointers and such. I would say that it is becuase of budget cuts, but they have never gotten into doing this much...

You can get all that stuff on camaro5, I think GM did well enough just to get their "build your camaro" website going. They are not having a problem selling the camaro and certainly won't once the public starts seeing these on the streets.

I would love to get a full-blown desktop theme package, where the login sound is a revving engine, the little hourglass pointer is replaced with a rising tach, and there are door-opening sounds when you open up a new window.

as far as camaro themes go, they do exist

but... as with everything in life, $ :(

i've used some of stardocks software before, and their software is good stuff, not glitchy at all in my experience. And for those of us who have new Dell computers, that little dock (yes it looks like the Mac dock

) Stardock was involved in designing that for dell, so they're a legit company. With their software packages you can pretty well make windows look however you want it to.
they've got mustang, corvette, harley davidson, colleges, sports teams, the works of it. and bonus: They're based out of michigan
