ZL1 Ads Thread

That other thread about creative tag lines got me thinking. Why not a thread for creative ads? These are mine...

SSLarry, you missed your calling. You should be with Chevy Marketing! I hope you are right about the 575HP rating. Great work!!!

I am actually on alot of forums, I have semi-professionally raced a Camaro before and I never had any complaints. I usually don't post on the Mustang sites but read them quite often. I can't post on SVTP because most of those owners are elitist (not a bad thing, the camaro5 site will get their elitist come ZL1). This "war" has been an interest of mine since 1991 and the only thing I love more than talking about cars is arguing about cars.... Plus, it broadens my range of knowledge.. How can I truly say I have the better car if I do not know what the other cars is?

Mustang sites are full of fanatics and if everybody got on there and just agreed to everything, people would lose interest. Also, no one would challenge anything said so misinformation would spread....

Hehe I actually enjoy reading your comments and opinions, may not always agree with them but I would rather have them. I'm just pulling your chain a bit, and we need more then one muscle car to keep the new ideas rolling in for all of us to enjoy. My family over the years have owned more mustangs then camaro's starting with my dad's 67 v6 hardtop, and the most recent being my brothers 2005 or 2006 GT. For me I have driven a 79 Trans Am and a 87 Grand National. TBH though the past 5 years the mustangs just appear butt ugly to me and these new gen 5 camaro's rock in style and performance.
Your in the US armed forces over there in Germany? Be safe and will see you back in the states one day.

I'd like to see a little more than 575 on there, but I certainly think we're on track

I certainly hope that elitism doesn't come over here. There's a fine line and I know I'll be paying attention. Having fun is one thing - being ignorant is another. The way some other sites comment about the way things are run around here really makes me think we're going to be okay. If things are at least tollerable right now, I seriously doubt they are going to change.
