Well maybe he should reply to the people who he told that he was shipping their stuff out a month ago. I know things happen but it seems he's full of excuses. The first time he said the spoiler was delayed he has a bunch excuses about being busy blah blah. I'm sure he's not the only person that works at this place. I'll see if I get an email from him. Not sure if I still want to purchase from him after the shitty customer service. It's not like he's having family drama and didn't reply to people for a week...its been a month. My car is this week getting other paint projects done because I got tired of waiting for a response for a month so if IF I get the spoiler who knows when it's going to cost me extra to have it painted vs getting it done separate... I say buyer beware like I said in another comment- what if you get one and it's damaged and he doesn't reply and you are stuck with a almost $400 spoiler with shipping and taxes.

I think it's great that Woodley99 was able to help, However, Woodley if Geoff is a friend of yours you should tell him that he should provide better communication with his customer base. It's pretty awful that he response to you his friend, while a bunch of folks had been trying to reach him. He ignored then but responded to you. Again great that you could help, but....

Yeah I agree with Fastgirl- Kinda odd how he doesn't respond to anyone else's calls or emails that have been trying to get ahold him for a month and has all their credit card info and the first time woody try's he gets ahold of him.

I understand what your saying.. but I've only met Geoff twice lol I don't really know him. And he's only tuned my car 2 times. What I was saying was all experiences I've had with him were great, and all I can do is share my own experience. He did always seem busy and booked far in advance, But always seemed worth the wait to me.

Woodley99 , we really appreciate your help, but I understand the frustrations from some of the guys who have been waiting for several weeks and have already paid and have heard no response from them. I have called many times and left messages, sent emails and have not heard a word from them. I understand too that would definitely be frustrating and I don't know if I would be able to wait 2 months with no communication. I'd be upset too for sure.

Great news,I talked to Geoff today and he said he had some spoilers to ship out and he said he would ship me one the 1st of the week. I hope the rest of you got the same good news. Thanks again Woodley for your help
