Learn something new everyday about Z/28

Holy cow! My magnet light hanger from Harbor Freight is broken.....
It won't stick to my Z/28 hood while doing some maintenance.

Guess what folks, mag sticks to other body parts except the hood. Come to find out it's made out of aluminum. That's alot of beer cans to make our special Z/28 hood. Good day and comment on what you learned new about your Z/28.

Doesn't matter if a z28 or a V6. They are all aluminum.

Z28 got more torque (481) vs. Z06 (470). I did not know this.

So it's not exactly the same engine, there are some differences?

The exhaust manifolds are different and tuned to get more torque.
Much more cool stuff to watch Mark explain.

Here are a few pieces from Chevy on the Z/28 - its "unique" parts vs and SS and the complete "background" piece put out before the Z/28 came out.

If you have not seen these - enjoy.
