My entire department is at a company picnic, except for me. I was not invited, probably because I am 2400 miles away.
This has been the most glorious, quiet day of work ever. I'm actually getting stuff done and I'm getting caught up. Seems I benefitted from the picnic too.

Did a little OT tonight. Haven't been this caught up in a long time!
On vacation next week. The more I knock out this week, the less I will come back to in 2 weeks.

Good morning crew. Well another week is winding down. It is Friday eve and I'm ready for the weekend. We did not get any rain yesterday but the chances of rain continue to increase through Saturday. Yuck, I was hoping to hit a big car chow on Saturday. Not looking good though. We shall see. HAGD everyone.

Hi gang,
Started work at 6 AM my time to participate in a client meeting. Wasn't firing on every cylinder but I think it went well. Since I started 3 hours early, I get to leave 3 hours early. Found 3 leaking injectors on the Cavalier last night. I have an O-ring kit on the way. It runs great, so I'm not going to condemn the injectors just yet. Guess I will start cleaning it up today when I'm finished working.

Good evening crew. Just a average day here. Still did not rain & still a threat or rain for tomorrow & Saturday. I'm planing to drive Daddy's Girl (my truck) to work tomorrow for the first time. Now that it finally has new tires & an alignment I want to drive it some. It sucks down the gas so I won't drive it a lot but I will feel safe on inclimate weather days driving it. I'm rather tired. Yesterday's workout has caught up with me so I'm turning in a bit early this evening.

Good luck Skip.
Took the seats out of the Cavalier to thoroughly clean the interior. Now up to $1 in loose change. Found a Bic lighter and a kid's sippy cup. The spilled soy sauce is a challenge, but it's almost gone. Vacation is almost here!

That's pretty cool! Good morning crew. I'm kind of looking foward to driving Daddy's girl this morning & am really glad it is Friday. I was finally able to get a hair cut yesterday & it feels soooooooo much better. I was looking pretty shaggy. It looks like the rain will mostly come through tonight so the car show should be fine. Mike really doesn't want us to go though. The entry fee is not cheap & that adds up for 2 cars & we have done car stuff 2 weekends in a row & really need to spend some time with family. But I'd like to bring my Dad out to the car show(since this one is in Clarksville where his assisted living facility is) & get him out a while. We'll see. HAGD everyone.

68 and I am an old fart!!! 9 cardiac stents, 2 bad hips and knees and drive a 96 Nissan 300zx twin turbo (DD) and a 2013 Camero ss2 convertible, smoking! may be old but owned every hot car Detroit built at one time or another, including 4 "vettes", and no, I am not rich or born with the "silver spoon" started hanging drywall at 13 and never stopped working except volunteering to serve my country in 63. I hate speed limits and I believe if a person drives safely on an open, no cars in site road and his car is totally safe we should be allowed to kick ass! I have seen more accidents caused by people driving to slow than to fast!

Happy Friday All.
Hello and Welcome to IkoIko, Ragz1 and Ernie Rossi. Great Pics Zandron, hope you're feeling better soon. Good luck at the Car show, Skip! Looks like a great starter car for your son, Rick! Jan, Congrats on person best number. Looks like you're enjoying drag racing. Diane, glad you enjoyed your trip! Hey Sheriff, Hawaya? With the site being up and down like a yo-yo, being on-call this week and Having a sick little Cat Critter on my Hands, it seems like I've been away forever. Max, my 16 year old (80 in people years), had a mild stroke about 3 weeks ago and had come out of it OK but ran into some complications earlier this week with seizures. I suspect he may have been injured, caught in the cross-fire of my other 2 cats rough housing. He spent Tuesday night at the vet's and came home Wednesday night. He's dopey on seizure meds right now. The doc says that'll settle down and expects to take Max off those before the end of next week. In the mean time, Max is eating like a horse (none of this has affected his appetite) which is a good thing, but I'm having to separate everyone into neutral corners when I'm gone. Work's been tough and I know what you going through Rick, being remote and all the extra hours. I'm working on Sally and hope to have some surprises to reveal in the next week so. Hope everyone has an enjoyable weekend. Max says, "Hi!"
