fromt an artist's stand point.
its all the colors you have those black rims, those black color tires and then your (extremely gorgeous) Ashen Gray It's too much clashing-dark colors. those RS rims will give you exactly what you want

Very few pony car enthusiasts by one and leave it bone stock. An LS is a good base starting point. Now do mods and stuff to add your personal touches and make it YOUR Camaro. Vinyl stripes, painted highlights, and other small things like that are a good place to start. They are relatively inexpensive and easy to do yourself. Take a look around the forum and get a ton of good ideas on stuff you like. Pick a "theme" or direction you want to go, and start going for it. Do it bit by bit, step by step. Don't over extend yourself or your budget, its easy to get caught up in it and go crazy.
Take a look at the members build threads (even mine if you will) to get examples of what I am talking about. In no time you Camaro will start to transform ( no pun intended) into YOUR camaro. Most of all, have fun! And welcome to the club!

I had to go with the LT because of the rims, I am not really a rim/tire guy, but I just wanted something that looked decent, I am more than happy with mine, I wont change them for anything.
If you go with the RS rims then be ready for the expense of the tires and I hear that they wear out pretty quick, I have 13000 miles on this car within 6 months and I barely see any wear in my stock 18 tires..........just my two cents

It really is just the wheels. I would opt to swap them out first....they remind me of donuts,

Your car sits just fine. Check Craigs list for wheels. You can get pull offs for as low as $400 and if you get a set of 18 inch you can mount your current tires on them. If you have $1000 you can get a set from an RS/SS with Pirellis mounted.

Though I am partial to black wheels in general. I put them on my 2000 Corvette and my 2011 SS as well. To the OP, I agree with the other sentiments here. You change out those wheels and the car is going to look totally different. Don't bother with painting the trim rings, it's just a temporary band-aid. Great color choice BTW, I think a nice set of aftermarket BLACK wheels will really make your Camaro look GREAT! |

I think it looks great. Just keep it washed and waxed. Do everything you can to keep it mint.
