The paint is gorgeous on that thing. Congratulations!
They are definitely one of the best Chevys. Unfortunately, we will never see that kind of styling greatness again. |

Been looking for about 2 years, think I finally found one that is in my price range with the colors and such that I want that isn't a Bondo queen and that the guy actually wants to sell.
You wouldn't believe how many guys out there have the car 'for sale' just so that they can tell the wife they are trying to get rid of it (but can secretly keep it) |

Nice car. I had a 70 SS Gobi with a black vinyl top. That 396 looks small with all that room under the hood. Now I want another one.

The '70 Chevelle and the '67 GT500 are the two best looking muscle cars. Great find and I hope you get it.

Great lookin' car! Nice Day 2 conversion.
The Buick spare wheel and aftermarket stereo should be easy fixes. Documentation? Previous history/owners? Underbody shots? |

Sweet find. This my wife's dream car. I am probably going to have to buy one. For her of course.

I eventually would like to do the same thing and sell my Camaro SS to buy a classic muscle car that will continue to increase in value and would make a better garage queen than a reliable new car.

No documentation. It's a clone, and I am OK with that. It is in the price range of the other clones and in pretty damn good shape. If it was an actual SS, I would have to keep it stock. This way I can play around with it. There is also a whole album of pictures of the resto that they are gonna email me to look over. |
