I have been trying to figure out what that black car was. I think it was one of the ones at the end of the video in the parking lot at the Tapogo Lodge. Not the GTR's. I tried to keep up with him but that was way to risky |

The black car appeared to be a lotus Elise or Exige, very light and hard to keep up with in the twisties.

From what I can tell you are right, some local country roads here seem just as twisty as the Dragon with much less traffic.
I wanted to do the Dragon, but from what I've seen it really isn't worth the drive from PA all the way down there for an 11 mile section of road. If I'm down there, sure I'll drive it, but with the traffic it just seems annoying. Nice video, and cool seeing the Krypton 1LE out there too.

The Tail should be only one of MANY incredible roads in the area..well worth a full weekend visit. Cherohala at night is a must do...

Agreed. TOG was over hyped, we found way better stuff outside of the immediate area.

I think there are plenty of roads in my area that are better or at least comparable to The Dragon. I am glad I went there because I've done it now on to a new road

you don't know how long I was trying to figure out what it was. It was in the back of my head but I could not remember. That car hauled around those turns I could not keep up with it. Tried to find it when I was down by the stores so I can say man you got some balls hahahaha |

The Georgia dragon is better than the tail of the dragon. Run the gauntlet when you get the chance. Fun, FUN combination of roads here in GA
