Because of a recent layoff I will no longer be able to purchase the Camaro I had on order. TPW is 8/31 so it wont be much longer before it's available... Will be at MSRP total rings in at $32k. Send me a PM for details if you are interested.

If you can't find anybody to take over the car the dealership will just sell it to someone else right?

I might be ordering tomorrow and the guy told me that if I decide not to buy between the time I put in my deposit and the time it takes to arrive then I would just get my 500bucks back and everything would be cool. He said he could sell to someone else and everything would be fine.

I am sure they could sell it, however I would like to do the work for them since I feel bad about not being able to buy it after I ordered it.

You shouldn't feel bad at all bro. You didn't ask to get laid off. Sh*t happens, and I can almost guarantee that that dealer will sell that car within a day or two that it hits the lot...especially at MSRP. If they want to blame someone, blame our government for screwing up the economy so bad that you ended up unemployed.

This is one of the better dealerships around with camaros getting the deposit back won't be an issue and they won't sell over MSRP unless someone went out of their way to offer them over MSRP.
