where do you go on gm's site to make the sticker come up like that?

he went to the local dealer area, looked for a vette, and changed the vin# to his... COOL.. congrats

You have to know the VIN to be able to "make it appear".

EXACTLY. But it has to be YOUR DEALER; VIN has to match assigned dealer.
