Trading OEM SS rims and tires

I am willing to trade my SS rims and tires that have about 10,000 miles on them with plenty of tread left. I am looking for 18's or 19's they could be the heritage rims or the 1lt or even 2lt 19's just something that has smaller tires and last longer. I will post pics once I get a hold of a camera. This will be a straight trade no money involved.

Are you willing to ship at all?

I have a set of 18" Heritage wheels that I will be putting snow tires on in the next 2 weeks, and taking off my 19" 2LT wheels (non-polished). Rims are in perfect condition and the tires are the Pirelli PZero Nero All Seasons that come stock and have 3300 miles on them.

They would be no way for me to ship them since I have no other wheels to on the car while waiting for the rims and tires. I am thinking about taking this down and just trying my luck with the NC winter. I know that if I get rid of them I am going to regret it in the long run!!! Thanks for the interest though.

Options

If I may recommend another option(s).

You could easily sell these for an amount and get the smaller stock rims which I know you don't want to hassle with money but I'd hate to see you throw it away and regret it later. Plus I imagine you're doing this to try and save money, so don't loose it in a trade.

The better option would be to buy a set of Pirelli winter tires, I believe they are called scorpion ice/snow or something of that nature. And then there are these: http://www.tirechainsrequired.com/weiss-sock.html which can get your very nice 20" rims safely through most tough spots.

Good luck.

I live in Athens GA and would be interested but like you say, you want a more practical set of rims. That is why I opted out of the RS package when I bought my 2012 1LT, I actually like the 18 inch aluminum rims and tires that came with it, I can rotate them better and when it comes to buying new tires it wont break the bank. Good luck
