Yeah, I know their function. They are still mounted to the front of the car and would need a solid mount. Maybe posting the install papers would help easy peoples concerns. If they dont mount anywhere but the DRL frames it wouod seem that a lot of stress would be put in that one area. If you look at how the OEM ones attach to the ZL1-1LE the load is spread out.

Its just hard to see what is going on from the pictures that have been posted so far.
Im sure you have it worked out because that could be a huge liability for you.

If you watch lethals install video you can see that you remove one of the 7mm bolts on the inside of the fender well to release the front fascia and slide a metal piece in to mount the top of the dive plane with a screw and nut. Then 3M tape on the very front of the bumper.
