I just put my car back together and I’m having the same issues except it’ll fire when it wants to if you try starting it enough times. I checked all connections, replaced the MAF pigtail, MAF sensor, cam sensor and still doing the same thing. I’ve had the motor out before and never had this issue. Idk what to do other than have someone else look it over but I’m not trying to spend the $$$. It’s been over a year since I’ve gotten to enjoy my car so I probably will give in and send it to my tuners shop.

i just rechecked all connections,my issue was that i grounded but i ground to valve covers which are isolated from the block. just moved them to the block and started no problem. i was so puzzled from checking over and over again.

Another thing is that the Whipple's have a Throttle Body Extension Harness which is known to sometimes have poor Pin Outs or connections. Inspect and ensure both ends are firmly seated.
