1972 camaro build-in progress-
I have been working on my 1972 camaro ss for a few years now. i dont talk or say much about it as it isnt 100% complete just yet. however this is a car that i could never let go of. I much drove it to high school and grew up with it. pretty much a part of the family long as ive had it. the memories, and freinds i made with this car make the attachment to it that much stronger. with that said here are a few pictures of it from the beginning to its current state.

during and after the paint process. i decided to wetsand the car with some 1200, 1500, 200, 2500 grit paper and do a 3 stage cut, buff and final polish for the final result with absolutely zero orange peel .

slowly putting it back together with what little time i have on the weekends. pretty soon the trim and final mouldings will arrive so i can start finalizing the exterior. as for drivetrain it currently has a 14.1 compression solid roller 406, unfortunately the motor dropped 2 sleeves on me warming it up in the morning. so now i have a dart little m 14.1 compression solid roller 422 being built for it. as for the transmission it is a 1997 lt1 t56 6 speed.

Look what I found in my garage, I have had this pamphlets since the 1970's. I collected them from the dealership when I got into Camaros. From 69-73 & one 1978.
