** help pick a blower***

Looking at superchargering the wife's car

Let me know which blower you like better and why

My likings are in this order

Whipple
Kenne Bell
Magnacharger
Procharger
SLP

Looking to run 10.5s in 1/4 with just adding the blower
And maybe a drag wheel and tire combo

Merry Christmas

Any of these could give you the power to run 10.5s but not by themselves the rest of the car will need to be addressed.

Yeah, just a blower and tires will not = 10.5's. You'll need much more than that.

Out of those procharger. That being said I would take an ECS or Vortech over any of those.

Like a cam and a rear end to start. I think all three of us are going to tell you that the Magnacharger is the way to go too.

I would just talk to mike norris that has already tuned the car. Anyways the magnacharger and the SLP are the same thing just a FYI and the Kenne Bell causes some serious heat issues that would also need to be addressed.

10.5's on the TVS and you'll need a boatload of extra parts.

I bolted on a TVS 2300, had headers and a cai, 18" drag radials and it only went 10.99 at 124.83. $25k later it went 10.5's

That is until I don't use the nitrous and go 9.97. Last Sat it went 10.006 and 10.008 on the 3.4 alone and with the nitrous tune. Lets just call it driver error when the arming switch never got flipped. With some shiney new drag specific coilovers and some -2000 DA I may be able to squeak out a 9.97.
