Judging only from these photos, to me, it doesn't look like CGM or IBM. That color looks like a 1-off to me.

There does not appear to be any flake in that paint..... Doesnt look like CGM to me. JMHO

In that close shot of th RS badge you should see some flake but there is nothing.....
