I need to know a good area to look. Don't know much about the neighborhoods. I think we could afford something there.

The best places to look are Summerlin, Henderson/Green Valley, Anthem, The Northwest, by the 95 and 215 freeways. South west isn't too bad either. Stay away from central and northeast, by Nellis AFB.
