I thought the Heartbeat only had heat issues if you spin it too fast. At stock blower speeds, the Heartbeat is supposed to be better ?

21,000 rpm is way more than stock blower speed. The 1.9 LSA blower they took off was at the upper end of safe rpm already at 22,100. Over 23,000 is not recommended as there may be bearing failure on the LSA 1.9

I don't know what the safe rpm is on the Heartbeat.
