I would have enjoyed that, but my flight didn't get in until ten o'clock, hotel restaurant closed at eleven, though we could have gone anywhere... Rain check??.

So,

Chris from ProEFI stopped by a couple of weeks ago while I was gone offshore and they figured out the situation with the ProEFI system and why the traction control wasn't working...

He called Jason the owner of the company and the guy that writes the software and stuff..

Jason looked into it and apparently there was a change after the 2010-2011 models.

He wrote a change at 11:00 pm and sent it to Chris who uploaded it and lo and behold everything works. We still have a lot of dialing in to do, but that involves track time.

The 8 lb springs are in the waste gates right now but we will be changing them back out to the 12 lb springs in the next week or so...

So, I need to get the roll cage finished out and we will be dialing in everything...

Corey and I will tune it back to the low octane tables (relatively speaking) 93 octane as opposed to 117 octane... I'll take the car Friday to San Antonio to hang out... It'll be good to finally drive it again other than on a track.

This is funny to me, were kinda trading places, I've been driving my car around since The Mile with my car on low power, I just got everything from Andy (laptop & a few high power tunes) to turn mine way up, time to go after some records & whip on some faster cars in my area on the streets of Mexico!

I was certainly thinking about it, but the weather may be too sketchy for Brandi...

they were mostly playing with tunes when they put the eight lb springs in... We will eventually get a four port solenoid and then we can dial it from say four lbs to 50 lbs if the motor would handle it... When we get the new motor it will be at or just above 30 lbs... Maybe a touch more... I've got the fuel for it...

Every Friday night a lot of cars hangout at the local In n out burger, its always anywhere from 100 to 200 cars, overall a friendly scene with imports & domestics but the crowds age average is 16 to 25, I'm in my late 30's but there are a lot of guys my age & older. Its funny to watch the younger import kids faces when they tell me to rev it up, their jaws drop. I did get asked to race a Honda hatchback a few weeks ago, it made me laugh pretty good & I just said no thanks, the little Honda posse took my "No" as me being scared & started talking some trash, I just laughed & showed them one of my time slips from the track, he changed his tune really fast after that, then I was the one laughing! I'm excited for you to be able to drive your car around & just have a good time with it, best stress reliever ever!
