Fuel Injector issues 2011 v6

I have searched the forums with no success in finding a solution, so i need some help. I Have a 2011 with a 6 cylinder. Driving at highway speeds it started to shutter, the cruise control went out, and had no power. Towed it to the dealer. They diagnosed #5 Fuel Injector was stuck dumping fuel. Hauled it home and replaced all 6 injectors, 6 spark plugs, and did an oil change. Ran fine for an hour. Cranked it the next day and it started shuttering and the code was p0303 and p0267. issues on #3 now. So I swapped the plugs, 3 with 1. Still getting the 303 and 267 codes. I bought and installed new ignition coils and then switched plugs 3 with 4. Still same codes. I took everything back apart and cleaned every connector and put dielectric grease on each connector along the fuel rail and moved the injectors up a cylinder ( 3 to 1, 1 to 5, 5 to 3, etc..) Put it back together and now the codes switched to p0261, 2149, and 0301. so looks like it moved to cylinder 1 now, which points to the Fuel injector, thinking I got a bad one I bought a new one. Took it apart, again, and replaced the injector on 1.
Now it won't come out of idle, dash says reduced engine power, and the codes are P0193, P2149, and P0261.
I have ordered a Fuel rail pressure sensor in hopes that is it. All of the troubleshooting steps for these codes say, possible bad injector, coil, etc...

1)I don't want to keep throwing parts at it, so what causes a P0193 (fuel rail pressure sensor circuit high) and a P0261 (fuel injector circuit low) with P2149 (injector group "b" supply voltage circuit open) if all of the parts are new?

2)And which cylinders are in group B?

Thanks in advance

Jay

Update, Replaced the Fuel rail pressure sensor and checked the fuel injector harness grounds. Both are clean and tight to engine block. FI harness is connected securely. Put it all back together and clear the codes. Before the car is even cranked it is already throwing a P0193 code (fuel rail pressure sensor circuit high). It cranks and runs fairly smoothly. No misfire codes now, just the p0193 code. When I step on the gas it will rev some, but only to 2000 rpms even if the gas is floored. P0193 code comes back as soon as I clear it.

Any thoughts?

Have you tried the factory service manual step by step trouble shooting for this code?

No, I haven't found any step by steps instructions online. Where would I find those instructions?

You will have to buy a service manual.

There are also a couple of sets for sale in the for sale section of years that are likely close enough.

Have you pulled the plugs after replacing them to see if they fouled out again? Have you checked the oil and see if gas is in the oil?

On my LFX, I had the high-pressure fuel pump blow a line and flood the engine with fuel. Since your car is reporting the fuel pressure is wrong, maybe yours also broke there and it's not pressurizing the fuel properly for the direct injection?

I have not repulled the plugs, they have literally been in less than a week and have run for only a few minutes, and it is no longer misfiring so I didn't think to do that. I will check them out.

I will look at the fuel lines and the oil. Thanks for the idea.

1. Test voltages on the following terminals backprobed in the X161 harness connector at the right rear top of the engine Key On Engine Off (KOEO) for 5 volts on the Gray wire in terminal 11, Ground on the Tan wire in terminal 5, and
0.3-4.7 volts on the Yellow wire.

2. Check for loose terminals at the X161 connector.

3. If the voltage is OK on the Yellow wire in terminal 12 at the X161 connector, recheck backprobed at the ECM on the Yellow wire in terminal 36 in the X1 connector. It should be the same as on the Yellow at the X161 connector.

4. Check for loose terminals at the Engine Control Module (ECM).

I've seen chewed wires near the connector

As this seems to be getting past my capabilities (i don't know where the X161 connector is) I had a mechanic do some troubleshooting and he says there is a short in the wiring harness. In lieu of hunting for the faulty spot, I am going to replace the whole engine wiring harness. ($230 for harness plus labor and diagnostic fee) I'll update if that resolves the issue.

replacing the wiring harness fixed the issue. Running great now. Hope this helps someone else.
