I do agree with the reviews part (cartoonish, impractical), however the car looks the same as it has since 2006... Seems to be doing well in terms of public reception. The body lines are so futuristically undeniable that the 5th Gen Camaro will be remembered as the best rendition of a returning legend for many years to come.

I have always liked 1st and 2nd gen Camaros. (never owned but liked them.)
The 3rd and 4th gen have not really captured my attention.

But when they came out with the concept for what is now the 5th Gen Camaro, I said “Wow if they ever bring that to production, I would want to get one.”
Thinking it would never come to production. But it did and now I own one. Who'ed a thunk it.

So with the looks and comments this car gets. I would say it will hold up to the test of time.

This is what I am afraid of! I hope they don't 2004 Malibu it, (with a total redesign that is aztek ugly ) and opt for a more 2008 CTS (refined aggression) remodel to keep the new design as in tact as possible.

Only time will tell , but until then, we own a vehicle that gets more head turns than a Lamborghini

2012 Z28 will be:

You never know what will be next... It may appeal to some as nicer or to concept or just not the same.. No matter what i think the fith gen will slide its way into the books as one hell of a muscle car itherway.
We should all sign a petition and make GM stop manufacturing the camaro lol
Our values will go way up and we dont haft to worry about whats next

Can switching to Geico really save you fifteen percent or more on car insurance?

Does Dolly Parton have large hoo-has?

This Camaro is a classic. I plan to leave it to my grandson and hope he can be smarter than I was.

My thoughts exactly, even when I see a 69 today I like the look.

No brainer for me, it remindes me of my old 68 1st gen I had in high school, I am waiting on the Z28 however I stop in my tracks everytime I see a 5th gen. When I see one in a parking lot I will actually park my Harley and just stare, even get tears in my eyes. It's SO beautiful, amazing memories always fill my head. I dont care If the new 2014 platform is smaller lighter faster, if it doesn't bring back my 1968 Camaro when I look at it, you couldn't GIVE it to me. I will own a 2012 Z28, and I will probably keep it 'till I die. When I drive my Z28 or just sit in it, I am sure I will cry with joy and have permagrin all the time, tears streaming down my face. Thank you Chevy for all the memories, I love the new/old CAMARO!
