Another problem with my 14 LS - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I need some help guys this car will be the death of me. I went out tonight and left my car in the parking lot, when I got back to my car I turn everything on like normal and start driving home until I look down at my gas gauge which read that it was on Empty but with no gas light. I know for a fact that when I left the car it had 1/4 of a tank. I tried to go to a gas station to put a little bit in and see if the car would read it but no it still reads Empty. Has anyone else had this issue?

Didn't you just have a fuel pump sending unit replaced at the dealership? Maybe there is some connection.

Yea but I thought the float in the fuel pump is what read the amount of gas in the tank.
