Mine has started it as well, I use it all the time. I think the sun causes the glue to soften and the two pieces pull apart.

I'm getting some separation from the covering and the plastic. Not too bad yet but I'm keeping my eye on it. I use my boot (tonneau) quite a bit.

Use mine a lot too... gonna wait as long as i can and go for a replacement/updated version just b4 the warranty. They're cheaply made but expensive to replace... let GM do it!

I checked mine tonight and I have it as well. I don't use it that much so I will wait a little while before I show it to the dealer. I will definitely have them look before the warranty is gone.

Wait...

Are you sure it's not designed that way to match the bubbly** dashboard leather?

** Which I find is accelerated by letting the sun beat down on the dash all day. Another reason for me to never put the top down. :(
Seriously.

Mine is doing it also, probably caused by not getting good coverage of the adhesive (Dry Spots) before pressing / molding the Vinyl to the plastic. (Quality Control) I am going to request a replacment cover for a 2012, they have a better designed fastening system, the 2011 type have fiber clips, that dont hold well in high winds, the 2012 type has gone to using elastic loops that fit around the retaining bolts better.

Picture this: You're cruising at 80+ and your tonneau flies off and hits the Trooper's cruiser following you.

On second thought...don't.

...perhaps we have the making of a new convertible problem here. The potential for the tonneau "skin" peeling off and flying away, yet, the base tonneau remaining in place....hhhmmm...

Mine is doing that as well. Have had no issues with it wanting to fly off though, up to 80mph anyway, windows down. I will be taking it in for the "satisfaction recall" top fixes next week and will be requesting a new cover.

Let us not forget what a run away tonneau cover could do to someone riding a motorcycle....
