I know where the C5 members stand in thier preference. And the new Mustang has taken many hits here. But the new Mustang is selling beyond expectations in Europe. And the public in general (at least the sample in this online poll) ranks the three Ponycars like this:

1. Ford 62.9%
2. Dodge 20.0%
3. Chevrolet 17.1%

Most likely the Dodge got a bump with the Hellcat. But Ford is the far and away winner. The new Mustang is getting some positive play.

I would like to see how it sells over there ! Forget what they say because the 15 mustang looks more like their cars , so it's more to their liking anyways! But sells will tell us if they really like it!

What Poll and when was the time frame? Because sales over the past few years are the exact opposite of this. Unless this is just for MY 2015 ? Then yeah I could see that. Brand new Mustang platform, GT350 and Dodge just released the Hellcat. Meanwhile the Camaro has nothing new and is "dated" compared to the other Pony cars.

Agreed to the manufacturers sales is all that counts. But to me it is what I like that matters most. None of the numbers matter, polls or sales. Or even anyone elses opinion.

I think to the general public the Mustang is the name that everyone knows. Challenger and Camaro are a bit more fringe. Only the Mustang has been built and promoted continually.
