All they do here in Illinois is retest drivers who have received violations or are over a certain age.

The driver's ed my children had in high school was just bullshit. Enough for them to pass the driver's test and that was that.

15 years with a CDL sometimes I think i have seen it all. But no, there is always another idiot that can show me something new.
