Questions about rear end

Hello, I have a 2014 Camaro SS L99. Mods are full bolt on, cam, stall, supercharged (611rwhp).

First, my concern is when I back down my driveway, or drive slow down an uneven road/slope, the rear end of the car makes a single pop or thud noise on the driver side. My assumption is something to do with the stock IRS setup. Maybe axle related, wheel bearing or sway bar? The car drives normal on a straight even paved road, just makes that noise when the rear is at an angle other than flat. Has anyone had this happen to them and if so, what can I check? No leaks, no burning, no grease, nothing out of the ordinary other than that pop noise.

Second, while I'm doing the repairs to whatever this noise is, I'm going to change the diff oil. Any recommendations on which oil to use? Been thinking about upgrading to 3.73 gears also. Would this be advisable? Also, I don't drag race the car, but what, if any, is the hp rating on the stock SS axles and diff?

Thanks for your responses.
