Paddle Shifting in Sport Mode

So, I've heard no one talking about this.... but in every paddle shift car I've driven, when downshifting there is allot of compression braking from the engine, that upsets the balance of the car....

In my 2015 2SS when I command a downshift with the paddle, the ECM "Blips" the throttle up so the engine rpm matches the vehicle speed for the gear selected.

Their is no unbalancing of the car...... it all feels very natural.

This is WONDERFUL!!!!!

lol, welcome to one of GM's safety modes for our L99'S... One of the BETTER things GM has dome for our Camaros.. Enjoy. I found that out the very first time I tried it out when she was new, plus it states that in your owners manual.. That's why nobody talks about, it's normal.
