OBX vs TSP Headers

I have a been saving up to buy some long tube headers and for the price range and quality I have narrowed it down to these two. I am looking for the best sound, horspower without dyno tune and with, problems, fitment and if the OBX have some with cats, because I have seen some but other forums said they don't. How have yours worked for you and mostly the power gains/butt dyno.

I also have a L99 with, flowmaster outlaw axleback, vmax ported throttle body vararam intake, and diablo intune.

You can actually get TSP on the phone, on top of them building a better product for the same price.

I don't know much about OBX,but I've seen good reviews on here about them.I have the TSP with high flow cats. They came with O2 extensions and brand new GM gaskets. The gains should be the same or close to any other header.I think most gains are attributed to your tune.

Agreed if your going long tube headers, get a tune, no check engine light, and the car just runs a thousand times better. I got my tune from Jennetty racing. Great guy, Ted.

I understand why people dog the obx headers and all, but there appear to be no quality issues. Welds look good to me. A bargain if you ask me.

Do the OBX headers come fully polished like that? Does it hold up? Those are beautiful!

They all come polished like that, yet they will turn a bit of a golden color once they are heated up a few times.

I have had mine for almost 2 years, not one issue.
No leaks,No Cat problems, nothing and have been supercharged for 1 year.

Do use GM exhaust gaskets though, not what comes in the kit.
