Thumbs up Drake concept shifter installed

Just installed my Camaro Concept inspired auto shifter handle by Scott Drake.
I like it took longer to open the box than to install it, fit and finish is awesome.

No, it was shipped to my house, I installed it as soon as I got home. The anticipation was killing me knowing it arrived.

Just clear anodized billet finish as of now, but Drake does offer alot of items in black, so maybe in the future black might be an option.

For those not familiar, here is a picture of the Camaro Concept revealed in 2006.

How well does the trigger work and feel, and does the shifter feel sloppy in anyway? Where did you buy? The original Drake thread doesn't open up.

I found it here, the price isn't bad. Beats paying 180+ for the GM pistol grip one.

Not sloppy in any way. The trigger is thinner than the original, but easy to depress. I purchased it from the seller you posted, they also have a website www.yatesperformance.com
I was at a show today and got many compliments on it.

Cool. I just know some aftermarket ones seemed to have a little play in them, and since the trigger was a little thinner I wasn't sure if it had a "cheap" feeling too it. Geez for the money this really is not bad, and looks really sick. I'm glad they finally came out with it.

Wow! I just installed mine today! It looks great and feels great too. I admit after using the original shifter for a few months I have to get used to this one but nonetheless, it feels allright! I say get it get it get it!

I do hope it comes in anodized black or gun metal someday!!!
