Whats the best way to get ahold of ********? for about 3 months I've been trying to buy a box from them... Called the office about 10 times left 3 Voice msgs, Emailed Steve@******** here, and only heard back that "yes I have the box you need". Then no responses to price, and no response how to buy. Does anyone else have this problem of this vendor?

Order online. I ordered last week and got my box today. Special made boxes may take a while, but the boxes you can order through the website take a week.

They don't answer emails. But I've had no issues with their products.

Just order it on line. Ordered my box last Tuesday and received it on Thursday. I have never had any issues with them. Everything I ordered, I had it in 2 days (probably because I'm in Indy as well) In most cases, if the item is on B/O the option to buy will not be available until they have inventory. The point im trying to make is, they are very good about getting what you order in a timely fashion. Hope this helps.

I will agree it is impossible to get a hold of him by phone, and email usually takes days

I probably added 30 pounds to the car with the mat. I don't race so not a big issue for me. I need to add about 10 pounds more under the back seat.

Here is an amazon link to the Fatmat:

You have any issues with it smelling like tar?

Sorry but I am working on a huge project that is taking me away and consuming all my time this summer. I have a deadline and must finish, so I have no time to chit chat right now.

Internet orders will go thru promptly like always. But communications directly with me will be very limited. Thanks for your understanding.

hey 1LE, just had a quick ? for you about wiring up the amp.
I have the same amp jl xd700/5 going to be replacing the stock amp w/ the FARK but it only has 2 sets of rca outs how did you wire for the sub channel? did you just split 1 of the pairs? going to replace fronts w/ focal comps & leave rears stock & add my jl sub. great install & write up by the way.

The subs wiring comes direct out of the amp's 5th channel. No RCA input needed, it gets it feed from the other RCA inputs.
