Congrats!

It's unfortunate that they drilled a front license plate bracket into the plastic, when PA does not require a front plate.

Yes, but PA borders 4 states that do. Likely came from one of them.

Been really lucky in CA. I keep the front plate in the trunk. They’re too busy writing tickets for shelter-in-place and mask violations to worry about my car.

Ther car spent its entire time in Ohio. They need front plate.

NY does technically require them. However your not likely to get pulled over for just that unless a cop got your number and wants to mess with ya. 99.999% of the time your fine and if you do get pulled over and they ask about it just have the spare plate under your seat. the cops are more concerned with you running the extra plate on another car vs having it actually on your bumper. I have bought my 2010 in 2013 and never run the front plate. only got asked about it once and showed the extra plate on the spot and explained I think it looks ugly and officer just dismissed it no ticket no issue.
