Rust Spots

I was washing my car today and noticed there were tiny rust spots maybe no bigger then the tip of a pen on the backside of my car. Some where in groups others randomly placed. I stopped counting after 30 and was just wondering if anyone else has this problem. I bought the car brand new in June and this just doesn't seem right.

Sound more like rail dust ( you get this when cars and trucks are shipped via rail) that is in the paint you need to clay bar the car soon (this should remove 99.99%) leaving rail dust in your paint will ruin it down the road.

It may be metal particles off the brakes that are hot when they hit the paint, melt in, then rust. 3M microfinishing glaze will take it off. I had a white truck and my wife's white Denali makes it show up really well.

The Quarter Panels aren't plastic.... that is near the rear passenger window if I'm correct and plastic doesn't dent generally and I've always had a dent on my passenger quarter...
