Stripes or no Stripes

Talking about factory stripes that Chevy adds.

Do you think they worth the extra $495?

Do they add or deduct from looks in your Opinion?

How much does it cost for the Aftermarket stripes? Same price? More expensive?

If I were to any stripes I'd go aftermarket like BIGWORMGRAFIX just to have some different choices you might not see so much.

How about hash marks or the hockey stick stripes?

Forgot the stripes, make sure you get a camaro without the front license plate frame. The front license plate kills the look of the camaro.

No stripes unless they're proper Chevy stripes.

The stickers that they use today look horrible.

I added to mine. Not worth it in my opinion I would rather completely aftermarket tip to tip.

Someone missed me

Here is what's happening...I am selling a V6 to Pick up a V6 convertible.

The diff between coup and conv on GM website is exactly 6K and that's how much extra I would end up paying.

I like the appearance of most strips but wish they were painted on and clear coated over. The tape is a big pain to maintain. I own a 2017 50th and it's difficult to polish and wax avoiding the taped strips.

I wax right over the top of them so they look finished like the rest of the car, Baggy. In my case I voted yes on the stripes. I have the adrenaline red interior with black paint and black wheels on a convertible so the red stripes look pretty awesome with the top down. It looks like they go right through the cabin since the seats have red inserts too.
