That would be 205 mL. The oil you need is called "Supercharger Oil" and it is available at any GM dealership.

Normal maintenance window on that oil is between 80-120k miles. If you are running higher boost levels and/or doing a lot of racing events I would recommend doing it closer to 80k. It's like the normal vs. severe maintenance schedule for your vehicle. Also, unless you completely remove the nose cover, don't put all 205 mL in. Use an oil extraction syringe to remove as much oil as you can. Measure how much was taken out and put that much plus a tiny bit more back in. The reason for this is you don't want to overfill the nose and cause a seal issue and unless you remove the nose cover you will never get ALL of the oil out.

205 mL is the capacity for the Magnuson. I have no knowledge on the capacities or maintenance recommendations for the Edelbrock system.

That would work. It might take it a while to get all of it out as this is a very thick oil. I would also recommend taking the rear belt/pulleys off so they don't get any oil on them. Just do the best you can to make sure the hole is the lowest point so that all of the oil naturally flows towards it and leave it sitting for a while.
