A Sad Goodbye

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to tell you all that I have left you all as a fellow Camaro owner. After owning the car for 2 years now, I have realized that it is just not working for me as an everyday car. I need more space, and winter capabilities. I can not justify spending thousands on a winter "beater" and still paying all that money monthly for a car to sit in the garage 5 months out of the year, so I have decided to trade in the Camaro and buy a new truck. I am sad to trade in the Camaro, but I am very excited for my new truck. It is a real beauty, 2011 RAM 1500 Laramie

Anyways, it was great getting to know all of you. The Camaro cruises were so fun and I will miss them. I wish you all great times in your cars and maybe one day I can once again be a proud owner of such a great car. I will still gawk at Camaros and even give some thumbs up out there on the road

What about storage insurance, it's like $25 a month all perils in BC, just about to put Pumpkin away for the winter?

Sorry that you had to let go of your Camaro. But thats one badass truck!

The Truck I would probably only trade my Camaro for is a Raptor.

i would take insurance off in the winter, but i was talking about making expensive car payments all year round and only using it half the time.

Nice truck. I would have gone for a 2500 w/the Cummins.

Just wondering. I knew when I got Pumpkin I would only drive 6 months of the year. I don't even leave the driveway if it looks like rain.

Best of luck.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation, and hope things change in the near future. I hope you continue to be a part of our forum, and know your second family is always here for you. I wish you all the best and anticipate the day you make the announcement that you have bought a Camaro, once again.

Stay in touch.

most important question, does it have a heated steering wheel?

And as sad as it is, making the smart choice is always the better choice! Make sure you stick around
