How fast can I spin my tvs 2300 ?

Am changing things up a little, adding a tpis 102 tb, 3" exhaust .
My setup is 402 ,afr cathedral port heads.
I have an 8" powerbond OD harmonic, 3.3" snout, and overdrive cogs.
I also have a 1 gallon moroso coolant tank, and a fluidyne heat exchanger with a fan.
The dyno was 650/650
The cam was spec`d by the builder, and it has a fair bit of overlap, 17*
I wanted this motor to be able to rev, 7200rpm, to save a gear change, 4th-5th, now am having second thoughts. If I calculate my blower speed like this 8"/3.3 x 1.2 x7200 =20945 rpm.
But I would like to pulley down, so do I lower my shift rpm`s? e.g.......
3" pulley 8/3x1.2x6600= 21120 rpm ?
How are some of you using such small snout pulleys ?
I know my cam might be a bit of an issue, but it`s stayin in for now, have read many pro`s and con`s to overlap
welcome all comments
here is cam card :

Damn, I wish you could easily raise your c/r to 11:1 and change your cam to something like a 226/238 117 lsa. I think you're about at the top end of how fast you can spin a TVS2300. At some point, even if you evade belt slip, more blower rpm doesn't equal mo power. I don't remember your exact c/r, but do remember it being lower than optimum (at least in my eyes).

IATs skyrocket after the first hit, my tune pulls timing after 180*. I make about 17psi on a 416 with a big cam similar to yours.

I think you should address the cam before anything. I run an eforce on a very similar engine build to yours. The eforce is also rated at 20000 max rpm. Spinning it at 18000 and making about 12lbs of boost, I make considerably more power than you are making. That overlap is killing you I think.
You build sounds almost identical although I don't know what compression you are running., 402, underdrive pulley, ported cathedral heads, etc ,etc..
