What's up Canada?......I have never seen such a lack of interest ever!.......I would start another Canadian thread, but it usually dies within 4-6 hours. Everyone is just so complacent up here its pathetic.......lets raise hell!.........and get us some cars........so we can go out and make some noise.

I got notified yesterday my 2012 order is not going through. This whole fiasco has left a sour taste in my mouth. Dealer saying likely Aug-Sept for 2013. Nothing like getting a car just to put it in storage.

Since I was supposed to hear yesterday or today, I figure I will hear next week sometime after thursday that its a no go.......if I ever get that car, I swear I am going to burn the back tires off the first nite.......

I had a long standing order at 2030 for a GLJ B92, no stripes, with black wheels. My dealer had two allocations. Knowing it was not going to be a 2012 and at best picked up as a 2013 I cancelled it on 4-2-12. On 4-9-12 my dealer called and said to come in and see what just arrived. We went in and privately saw up close and personal a victory red ZL1 with black wheels and stripes. We spent over an hour with the car and the car sold itself to me. I tried to walk away, but it wouldn't let me. Warning: don't sit inside, start up, place your hands on, in or around a ZL1 without risking being spell bound and/or you being "purchased" by it. It's a powerful entity.

I just heard from my dealer. He said he heard from their DSM, and that my order will be picked up in the next couple of weeks as a 2012. I hope he's not BSing me, but he never has in the past. I'll feel better when my status changes on GMConnects.
