I just got the call from my dealership. They received an email from the regional manager at 11:52PM last night stating that my allocation is being rolled to 2013. My major concern is, will this be at the front of the line and in addition to the dealerships 2013 allocations or will it be a matter of starting all over again and hoping that I don't get my car in august or September?

you should ask your dealer. i understand you have to start the process all over again but they should have a better answer in regards to your dealership

Well just called my dealer up I was going to wait till Monday but got antsy. I was told that the ZL1 is still on constraint and can not be ordered by any dealer. But it seems that people here are hearing a differant story this is so confusing :mad0 259:

Just curious, did you have an order already in the system, or were you waiting until you heard their allocation was going to be picked up to order?

Waiting for an allocation to be picked up by my dealer i am next in line.

I wish I could I have a $5,000 deposite and if I back out now I would most likely loose it!

Man, that sucks. I'd say if your dealer can't place the order you should certainly be entitled to your deposit back...

if they can't deliver a 2012 ZL-1 they can't keep your deposite. In some states they legal can't keep your depoite anyway.

My dealer just placed a back up order for me yesterday. You certainly can order them. Who knows if the new order will get picked up or not but I am sure that one of them will. We placed the new order against an allocation and changed a couple things that might have been holding up the other order.
